All sales are final due to the nature of our products, production, and procurement. We only accept returns for incorrect shipments and defects deemed proven by supplier and not customer. Contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement. No returns for customer mistakes or change of mind. If order is placed with incorrect address due to customer input error, customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. No lost or stolen packages will be replaced at business expense.
