Q:"Can I return, exchange, or receive a refund on my order?"
A: NO! ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

SHIPPING 
STANDARD SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS (exceptions). Standard Shipping: Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, and 2-5  business days for order to arrive via USPS standard shipping.

ITEMS THAT WILL TAKE LONGER TO PROCESS/ SHIP WILL BE STATED IN ITEM'S DESCRIPTION.
 
Priority Shipping:
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, and 1-2 business days for order to be shipped. 
Express orders placed before 3pm CST will be shipped same day, excluding weekends.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES:
NhuMaji will not allow exhanges, returns, or refunds. Please make sure all sizes are your correct size. For additional sizing assistance, please e-mail : [email protected]

Once order is complete, IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!
PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS as items will not be accepted and refund will not be processed!
Order Inquires:
If order is returned to sender due to customer error, inccorect, or undeliverable address, the customer must pay the reship fee.
